This small part can lead to a lot of damage if it fails. If the cam follower fails on your 2.0T FSI, the camshaft can cause unrepairable damage to your cylinder head. Changing out this part is a small and inexpensive task compared to replacing your engine's cylinder head. Included with the cam follower is the HPFP o-ring (WHT-005-184).
