Volkswagen Jetta GLI

Great friend and fellow Army veteran, Ryan, dropped his Mk5 Volkswagen Jetta GLI off for a full exterior detail. Ryan is very detail oriented and takes great care of his Campanella White GLI but the paint still needed some love. A thorough wash, clay bar, compound, and polish brought the nine year old paint back to life. I then waxed it with a hydrophobic wax and sealed it with Opti-Seal. I also took the time to clean and polish the exhaust tips; one common problem with many newer engines with direct injection is carbon build up inside the engine and on the exhaust tips. Once cleaned, I waxed and sealed the tips for an added layer of protection and added ease of cleaning in the future.

Subaru Legacy

I went mobile to the house of two good friends of mine to give their Subaru Legacy a wash, wax, and interior detail. The car was far from neglected, but was in need of a thorough decontamination via clay bar. Then it was waxed with a hydrophobic wax and sealed with Opti-Seal for about 7-9 months of protection. The interior needed a vacuuming and some shampooing. It was a nice change of pace from the usual Volkswagen.

Volkswagen Rabbit

Black cars...most detailers dislike black cars. They show every defect and can be hard to work with if you do not know what you're doing. Well, Bryant brought his Mk5 Volkswagen Rabbit by fora thorough clean up so he could sell it. Having been parked under a tree for a long time and not washed often left the hood and roof very stained. I was able to bring the paint back to life with compound and then finished with hydrophobic wax and sealed with Opti-Seal. Hopefully the restored look of this car is able to bring some extra value to the sale of this car! I look forward to when Bryant brings his Mk6 Volkswagen Golf R over for a full detail.

Volkswagen Golf R32

Another friend of mine brought his Mk5 Volkswagen Golf R32 over for a quick wash and vacuum. Kacper's Tornado Red looked great after a quick foam maintenance bath and sealed with Optimum's spray wax. I also made sure his tires were sealed with Sonax's tire gel, leaving them with a nice, long lasting, satin finish.

Being an automotive enthusiast means I have friends that are also enthusiasts. Eric is one of those friends. Eric has a Mk6 Volkswagen Golf R in Rising Blue Metallic. Eric bought the car new and has done a great job taking care of the car since, including a clear bra.

Eric came to me for a full detail which included a compound, polish, wax, and sealant. It was awesome to bring this car from clean to deep clean! The hydrophobic wax will protect the paint for 6-8 months and it was sealed with Opti-Seal from Optimum Car Care, which will add about 2 more months of protection.
